Calculating the pot antes do not count preflop. For example, if you open to 2,5 BB on the BTN the SB can reraise to a maximum of 8,5BB.

*NE* Not an exact simulation. These were run with 1,2BB ante & 3,75%, 0,75BB rake cap. The rake offsets the higher ante and it results in a similar strategy.
